Sr. Miguel is the son of a farmer, so all of his life has been spent growing cassava, corn, beans, and other agricultural products. He also spends time selling handicrafts since his wife is a weaver. Miguel is in charge of selling the quilts that she produces. He brings these handcrafted products to the cities of Areguá and Luque so that he can sell them. In addition, Miguel sells tobacco.
