Fatuma is a married woman with four children. One attends school and is still under her care. They live at their rental house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expenses are food and school fees.
She operates a clothes-selling business. She sells at the market to her town dwellers and her neighbours. She cites her major challenge as the rate of stock turnover, which is affected by seasons.
With the loan she is requesting, she wants to purchase two bales of clothes for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
