Fatuma is married. Her husband works as an electrician. Fatuma has a small store and also sells drinks from her home. She is hardworking, responsible, and honest. Her dream was to have a small store and sell drinks. Now she has her own store with a variety of items. She works there everyday from very early in the morning.
Fatuma is asking for this loan in order to expand a part of her store. In doing this she will be able to show her customers a greater variety of items and continue to grow her business. She is thankful for the opportunity that she has received as it has been a great help.
About Yehu Microfinance Trust
This loan is administered by Yehu Microfinance Trust, which was founded in 1998 as a project of CHOICE Humanitarian Kenya. In July 2007, Yehu became a separate entity from CHOICE and was registered as a trust. Since then, Yehu has expanded to cover over half of Kenya’s 13 coastal districts.
