Fedha comes from the town of Likoni. She is very hardworking, as evidenced day after day by all her efforts. She is a shopkeeper: she has a locale she uses as a general store, which she opens for business very early in the morning.
Fedha is a married mother; she has seven children whom she has raised at the cost of many sacrifices and struggles. Thanks to all her efforts, her children attend school.
Fedha was one of the first in her neighborhood in having a general store, and thus has a very strong customer base. In spite of her age, her goal is to make her business keep growing, and this is why she asks for this loan. She wishes to invest the funds in her shop and supply it with sugar, pasta, rice, dairy products, bread products and other supplies. She is thankful for the opportunity granted by the field partner and Kiva.
