Mesalimu is single and has no children. She owns a house that has no electricity or piped water.
For the past year, she has operated a retail shop selling household consumables to local customers. She faces a major challenge in the high cost of transportation to her place of operation.
With the Kshs 30,000, she wants to purchase bundles of wheat flour, beans, maize flour, and soft drinks to sell.
She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
