Bertha is 62 years old and has six children who are all adults and live independently. Her business is making and selling bread. Her bakery is located in the Satelite district of the city. Bertha is an existing member of the institution and all of her previous loans have been taken out to improve her business. She will use this loan to buy construction supplies such as tiles to build a storehouse where her oven and bakery are. Bertha is a person with a desire to improve herself. She feels happy and grateful to the institution for the support they have provided as this is the only business activity she has with which to support herself.
