Doña Zayda de 33 años, tiene un hijo de 16 años de edad, el no estudia labora como ayudante en un Acopio Lechero y le ayuda a su mama, ella es comerciante, se dedica a la venta de productos de cafetín, su esposo trabaja como albañil y le ayuda con los gastos del hogar, asi juntos buscan como salir adelante en familia. El crédito que necesita en la actualidad es para reparar su vivienda, la parte del techo el cual se encuentra en mal estado y le urge cambiarlo, por lo que desea comprar laminas de zinc, cuartones y clavos. Zayda no pierde la esperanza de ver su casa en buenas condiciones y brindar mejor comodidad a su familia, lo que podrá lograr poco a poco.
