Aida is a 43 year-old married woman from Talibon, Bohol. She has seven children. The oldest child is 20 while the youngest is 12. She engages in food vending. She sells snack foods such as cassava cake and she also makes ice candy and sells it to the nearby school. She has been selling snack foods for almost 10 years now. Her husband works as a carpenter.
She has requested a loan of 10,000 PHP in order to buy more ingredients including cassava, sugar and coconut. In the future, Aida would like to expand her business, to provide her family with good food and to save for the education of her children.
