Lomer is a farmer who raises crops to sell as his business. He patiently involved himself in planting and harvesting rice to sell in order to sustain his family's needs. Lomer is now 56 years old and has three children. He wanted to improve his crop production but had insufficient funds for fertilizer and insecticides. He is now asking for a loan of PHP 37,000 to buy 1 liter of insecticides, fertilizer and pesticides needed in farming. This will be very helpful in achieving a healthy growth of crops and someday will lead him to a healthy income as well.
