Sra. Gabriela is 32 and has two school-aged children. She has worked for many years recycling bottles and cans in her own home. She distributes to various businesses. This is her first loan with the institution. She will use it to purchase merchandise, bottles and cans made from plastic and glass, for her business. Her reason for requesting this loan is to increase her earnings and capital. She has to confront the challenge of competition in her business; many people, like herself, also recycle materials. She will use her earnings to buy more material for her business. Gabriela wants to have a larger recycling centre and to be able to sell to retailers and in large quantities to the businesses that recycle this material.
