Yadira Del Carmen

Yadira has a grocery store where she sells products such as sweets, fizzy drinks, juices, basic grains and personal items. She runs the business out of her home and tends to her customers every day. Her customers are her neighbours from the barrio.

In order to stock-up her business, Yadira travels to the market in Masaya. Everything else that she needs, she buys from businesses that come to her town. Yadira also tells us that she also owns two mototaxis and, as a woman and a mother, she is satisfied with her work because she feels she has prospered with God's help.

Yadira is now applying for a loan to invest in her business, so as to improve her sales and tend to her customers' needs. Yadira needs a variety of products and then she will be able to satisfy demand.

Yadira will use this loan to stock-up her business with Faisán rice, 80/20 rice, beans, oil, cheese, chicken, fizzy drinks and juices, soaps, sauces, flour, toilet paper, cups, spoons, chewing-gum, Colgate toothpaste, Toto coffee, Ritz cheese, milk, sanitary towels and Presto coffee.

Doña Yadira, es originaria del municipio Nandasmo perteneciente al departamento de Masaya, ella es casada y tiene 50 años de edad, tiene su propio negocio desde hace siete años, su núcleo familiar lo compone su esposo, sus tres hijos y ella.

Yadira posee una pulpería, la cual consiste en vender productos como golosinas, gaseosas, refrescos, granos básicos, productos de uso personal, entre otros, el negocio esta ubicado en su vivienda por lo que diariamente ella se encarga de entender a sus clientes que son vecinos del mismo barrio.

Para re abastecer su negocio ella viaja a Masaya al mercado municipal y el resto les compra a las empresas que llegan a su negocio. Menciona que también es propietaria de dos unidades de transporte como lo son moto taxi, y que como mujer y madre se siente satisfecha de lo que ella realiza porque siente que a salido adelante con la ayuda de Dios.

Actualmente esta solicitando un financiamiento para invertir en su negocio ya que para estas fechas se mejoran las ventas y para atender bien a su clientela necesita variedad de productos y poder cubrir con la demanda.
