Emma is 24 years old and single, with one child, one year old. She runs a local food business in Jui, an eastern area in Freetown.
Emma's been in business for three years, selling fried fish and chicken. She says that the main challenge to her business is inadequate finances to expand her business.
Emma requested this loan through BRAC Sierra Leone Microfinance Company Limited to purchase cooking materials, including cooking oil, fish, pepper, and seasoning. She says that the extra income from this loan will help her to change her standard of living and repay her loan.
In the future, Emma would like to open a restaurant. She is grateful for your support.
