Doña Margarita es una mujer emprendedora de 45 años de edad estudio la secundaria y no tuvo más oportunidad de continuar con sus estudio pero su madre le enseño a trabajar la casa y a cocinar, lo cual le ayudo mucho a través de los años ya que por más de 20 años se ha dedicado a la venta de antojitos Mexicanos, con esta actividad logró sacar adelante a su familia. Actualmente ella se dedica a la venta de pollos Asados los fines de semana (sábados y domingos) desde su hogar y le está yendo muy bien, lo que más le gusta de su actividad es que solo es el fin de semana, gana su dinero y hace lo que más le gusta que es cocinar, la gente que le compra pollos dice que son muy ricos porque doña Margarita tiene buen sazón.
