Dorcas, 32, has been blessed with two children, aged one and three years. She owns a retail shop in the Eldama/Ravine area and has been in operation for a period of five years. She earns an income of KES 15,700 monthly.
She has been approved for her fourth loan from KADET LTD, in the amount of KES 70,000. Dorcas intends to use this amount to purchase retail stock for her shop, including wheat flour, maize flour, cooking fat and washing detergents. The profits she earns will be ploughed back into the business, after repaying the loan. Her dream is to become a wholesaler.
