Luz Elena

Her husband works in cultivation and for her part, Luz has a business selling food such as: enchiladas, tajadas (fried ripe banana pieces) with cheese, nacatamales (maize, meat and rice wrapped in banana leaves), tortillas, and junket.

With this loan she will be able to invest in her business and therefore earn better profits. With the profits, Luz invests in the construction of her house and helps her husband with the household expenses.
