Biasha lives with her husband and five school-age children.
Biasha has a sewing workshop in her home. She takes on jobs from her customers who are located in the market district. Her husband and children help her in the business. She says that she previously used to sell food in the market, and her husband worked in a factory, but when the sewing business gradually took off they started working in it full time.
Biasha is requesting this loan to invest in her sewing workshop. She will buy fabric, thread, buttons and other supplies so that she can continue growing and improving her family's quality of life.
