Miguel siempre se ha dedicado a la agricultura, de maíz y frijoles y lleva 7 años de dedicarse a cultivar café. Tiene su propia finca de café y la producción la vende en grano húmedo en el mercado local de la comunidad. Esta solicitando un préstamo por 15,000 lempiras para comprar fertilizantes, abonos y limpiar el cultivo. Su objetivo es mantener su finca en buenas condiciones para sacar buenas cosechas y de las ganancias piensa comprar más terreno para ampliar la siembra. También quiere que sus hijos terminen de estudiar y lograr un nivel de vida mejor.
