They are proud to continue their parents' traditions and cultures. The group's members live around the Paute canton, which has an exceptional climate. The land is fertile and here the locals harvest the most delicious fruits and beautiful flowers. The region's geography gives us some of the most beautiful countryside.

One member of this group is Blanca. A founding members of "Rosas Rojas", she is now president of the group.

Blanca is 39 years old, married and living with her partner, with whom she has three children - aged 22, 17, and six years old. The oldest is married and independent while her second child is studying and working to cover his personal costs. Blanca's daughter, the youngest, is in one of the local schools.

Blanca is dedicated to her home but she also supports the household financially, making a living doing work in fields growing vegetables. She sells her products out of her home and at the market. Blanca also raises young bulls, pigs, guinea pigs and hens. Six months ago she started a shop and works there every day with no fixed timetable.

This loan will be used to buy supplies for her shop.

Blanca's goal is to expand the business.

El banco comunal Rosas Rojas está formado por 9 mujeres que trabajan a diario en diferentes actividades pero con un mismo fin el cual es la superación personal y familiar, su orgullo es mantener la cultura y tradiciones inculcadas por sus padres. Viven por los alrededores del cantón Paute, este lugar tiene un clima privilegiado, sus tierras son fértiles donde se cosechan las más ricas frutas y bellas flores, su geografía nos regala los más hermosos paisajes.

Una de las socias de este grupo es la Señora. Blanca, es una socia fundadora del banco comunal Rosas Rojas y es la presidenta de este grupo.

La Señora. Blanca tiene 39 años, es casada y en su unión conyugal ha concebido 3 hijos de 22, 17 y 6 años de edad, su primer hijo es casado y vive independiente, su segundo hijo estudia y trabaja para sus gastos personales, su ultima hija está estudiando en una escuelita de la localidad. Su esposo labora como empleado privado, la casa en la que viven es propia.

Doña Blanca es una mujer muy dedicada a su hogar pero también aporta económicamente a su casa, se dedica a las tareas del campo como es la agricultura en donde siembra verduras y hortalizas, sus productos los vende en su casa o en el mercado del cantón. También cría becerros, cerdos, cuyes y gallinas, hace 6 meses puso una tienda en la que trabaja todos los días sin un horario fijo.

El dinero de su crédito es para comprar víveres para su tienda.

Su meta es agrandar mucho más su tienda.
