Mutuku is 65 years of age and married with five children. He does farming and is also involved in the quarry business in Kangundo town. He has been in the farming business for two years and it has been profitable.
This is his third loan term with KADET Ltd., and he plans to use the loan to buy animal feeds for his cattle. He will also use part of the loan to buy quarry equipment, such as wheelbarrows and mallets. This will enable him to increase the production, hence, make more income, which he will use to pay school fees for his children. He hopes to become a successful businessman and be able to provide for the needs of his family.
