Pour pallier à l’ennui de ne rien faire et au besoin de régler tout ces petits problèmes personnelles, Maimouna est entré dans le commerce de divers produits. Elle peut vendre tout ce qui peut lui générer un profit. Elle sollicite un crédit pour acheter de l’encens, des sandales qu’on lui commande, des écharpes, qu’elle propose à sa clientèle. C’est grâce à ses petits bénéfices qu’elle peut se prendre en charge et appuyer son mari aussi dans les charges familiales.
Son rêve le plus cher serait d’acquérir une maison à elle.
