Sahr is approximately 39 years old. He was born in Nimikoro. Sahr is married to a businesswoman and has five children, Three of his children are attending primary and secondary schools and the other two are not of school-going age. He sells cocoa, coffee, water in plastic, etc. and has been a businessman for 10 years now.
Sahr has requested a loan of SLL 5,000,000 from Kiva field partner, Salone Microfinance Trust (SMT), in order to expand his business. He will use the loan to buy cocoa, coffee, water, etc., wholesale, to add to his current stock. In this way, his business will improve both in size and quality, attracting many customers into his shop.
