Thea is 41 years old. She is married and resides with four children in Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia. She has been working in a garment factory for more than a year, earning approximately 3 USD per day. Thea's husband runs a business purchasing junk materials to resell. He makes an income of 4 USD daily. In addition, the couple are rice farmers. One of Thea's children is employed in a garment factory and earns about 4 USD each day.
In order to improve her faming business, Thea is requesting a 1,000 USD loan to purchase cattle to use for tilling her farmland. Her loan will help reduce her farming expenses. In the future, Thea would like to expand her business and help her children earn a higher education. She also plans to build a new house next year.
