El señor Filemon es de la ciudad de Curuguaty, es representante de la comisión Pro Agua de la Colonia Fortuna B° 12 de junio. Actualmente cuentan con 17 usuarios del servicio de agua potable, que mediante mucho esfuerzo y sacrificio lograron instalar el tanque en dicha localidad.
La comisión con la que trabaja es muy unida a parte de abonar mensualmente por la utilización del agua realizan también actividades para recaudar más dinero y cubrir gastos extras que se presenten ocasionalmente. El motor bomba se había descompuesto y es por ello que solicita este crédito, para la compra de un nuevo motor de distribución de agua, que le permitirá seguir trabajando en ayuda a la comunidad y los consumidores.

This loan will help fund a new product Fundación Paraguaya has launched called "Ikatu Agua" that will enable people in remote communities to dig wells, build pipelines and install water meters to expand access to clean drinking water. Loans like these are given to sanitation boards, which represent their entire communities. These groups contract builders and oversee construction of water distribution systems, while collecting repayments from impacted community members. These repayments are pooled and returned to Kiva to be credited to lenders.
