Hanna is married and has one child. She lives at a rental house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past eight years, she has operated a fruit and vegetable selling business. She sells to her neighbors and passersby. Her major challenge is the high cost of transportation to her place of operation.
With the 25,000 Kenyan shillings, she wants to purchase sacks of fruits and vegetables for resale. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business and improve her living standards.
