Shushan is a hard-working 51-year-old woman who lives in Stepanavan, a small town in the Lori region. Her first husband left her widowed, and now she is married for the second time. She has a small family, but faces many problems each day. She lives with her husband and with their handicapped daughter. Shushan and her husband are engaged in farming and sometimes she also milks her neighbours’ cows, for which she is paid. She does her work very well and accurately, so she has many loyal customers. She needs to add the to the posts of her cattle so she is requesting a loan from Kiva. She needs 400,000 Armenian drams to buy 2 young calves. She hopes for the kindness and support of Kiva lenders.
