Isaya is 22-years-old, married, has one child and lives in Fort Portal, Uganda. He is a tea farmer but also hawks general merchandise to earn a daily income in order to meet his family's expenses. This loan is part of HOFOKAM's program targeting poor and geographically excluded populations in Western Uganda.
