Bertha is a businessperson who repairs and sells cell phones and accessories. She has had this business for nine years. Bertha is married with one six-year-old child. She has been a client of the institution for four years and is responsible in her payments. She and her husband attend to the business. She was previously part of a communal bank, and because of her good repayment she was promoted to individual loans. With her previous loan she was able to buy a computer for her child's education. She will invest this loan in the purchase of equipment such as cell phone accessories like cases, chips, different brands of chargers, and electronic refills.

Su esposo y ella atienden el negocio, anteriormente trabajo en grupo solidario y por su comportamiento de pago se promueve a la metodología individual, con el crédito anterior logro comprar una computadora para la educación de su hijo. El crédito lo invertirá en la compra de equipos, así como accesorios de celulares como carcasas, chips, cargadores de diferentes marcas, y compra de recargas electrónicas.
