Il a une bonne connaissance des fournisseurs, et surtout de sa clientèle qu'elle a acquise au fil du temps grâce à son expérience dans ce domaine. Mais elle se retrouve constamment en rupture de stock parce qu'elle est obligée de faire écouler tous le stock pour pouvoir s'en procurer à nouveau ceci à cause de la petitesse de son capital. Elle souhaitera augmenter son stock pour mieux satisfaire la demande constante de sa clientèle et d'éviter les ruptures de stocks. Il économisera son bénéfice pour non seulement agrandir son activité mais aussi subvenir aux besoins de sa famille
