Anahit is from Harzhis village of Syuniq region, which is one of the coldest regions and is famous for its severe cold climate. The best agricultural business for the locals is cattle farming and some limited land cultivation. Anahit keeps one mother pig, eight little pigs, 40 chickens and 25 colonies of bees. She also owns a plot of agricultural land where she cultivates wheat and potato as well as grows nut, pear and apple trees.
Unfortunately, Anahit has insufficient funds to purchase forage and feed the livestock. Therefore, she has requested a loan from SEF International to purchase forage and also two mother pigs and five little pigs. The loan will help her to enlarge her agricultural activity and make more income, which is very important for sustaining this family of five: Anahit herself, her husband and three children.
