Sultana
Ms. Sultana is a 46-year-old married woman and a mother of four. She is a hardworking mother who is helping her family by providing tailoring services in her community. She has been doing it for the past many years and earns enough to lead a decent life. She very well knows the techniques of stitching. Her regular customers are her neighbors and the local community.

To help her continue operations of her business, she requested a loan of 30,000 PKR (Pakistan rupees) to buy stock of threads in different colors with packs of zippers and buttons to meet with the increasing demand of her customers. In addition to repaying the loan, she will use part of the revenues to deal with personal expenses.

About Kashf Foundation

Kashf Foundation is one of the leading microfinance providers in Pakistan, focused on expanding financial access for poor women across the country.
