Ella posee una venta de tortillas, en la cual se encarga de elaborar cada mediodía y cada noche. Su negocio esta ubicado en su casa de habitación lugar en el cual sus hijas le ayudan a repartir las tortillas, sobre todo en los fines de semana. Daisy desea mucho poder mejorar su negocio, ya que este brinda ganancias muy estables, lo cual le permite sostener a su familia, es por esto que solicita un préstamo por medio del cual pueda comprar maíz por mayor y cal, esto para elaborar mayor cantidad de tortillas, sobretodo los fines de semana que su demanda se incrementa y asi ella pueda obtener mayores ganancias las cuales le permitan mejorar su estabilidad economica.
