Las integrantes del comité fijaron como objetivo principal el crecimiento de cada una de ellas.
La Sra. Graciela es una de las integrantes, ella se dedica a la costura en general, es muy conocida porque siempre hace muy buen trabajo, son sus mismos clientes quienes le hacen publicidad, y por medio de su trabajo ayuda a su familia. Ella es una persona que desea salir adelante y tener el día de mañana un gran taller de costuras.
