Sara Olimpia
Sara is 72 years old, married and has 15 children. From the age of 12 she began helping her parents with farming activities and household chores at home.

To purchase farming supplies she has to walk for twenty minutes by foot on gravel streets to get to the road where she gets on a bus that takes more than half an hour to get to the nearest town.

The loan she is applying for from Fundación Campo, is to buy farming supplies to sow maize, sorghum and beans. The loan will be used to purchase supplies on time and to obtain a production that allows her to sell some and keep the rest for family consumption. In this way she supports her husband a lot with the household expenses.
