Dama is married to Kahindi, and they have seven children.
Dama has been a vendor for five years. She has a stall in the market, where she sells fruits, vegetables, and novelty items. Her shop is well-stocked, and she has an established customer base. She says that she started small, when her children were babies and the economy was unfavorable. They get up very early to open their stall and to buy fresh produce, so that they can offer good quality to all their customers.
Today she is requesting a loan to buy fruits and vegetables, so that she can continue to offer her customers a good variety and to give them what they need.
