Safar is a resident of the Jilikul region of Tajikistan. He is 57 years old, married and is the father of four children. His wife works as a teacher at a rural school. Safar himself works buying and selling small livestock. He wants to also start buying and selling cattle. In his yard, he has two barns, each with its own hay. The livestock market is located not far from his home as well. Safar is asking for a loan to buy three head of cattle. The duration of feeding will be two months.
