Floresmina, de 49 años de edad,es viuda desde hace varios años y tiene 4 hijos de los cuales dos ya son mayores e independientes mientras que dos aun viven junto a ella.El trabajo de Floresmina, consiste en la venta de comida. Su trabajo se inicia muy temprano con la compra de todos los ingredientes que necesita para la preparación de sus comidad. Inicia la venta propiamente dicha por las noches en la vereda de su casa en donde instala una parrilla, 2 mesas y sillas que acogen a sus clientes , lleva en este trabajo un promedio de un año y lo realiza con ayuda de su hija. Está muy orgullosa de su trabajo ya que considera que tiene el arte culinario desde muy pequeña.Lo que le gusta de su trabajo es que diariamente puede contar con el dinero que obtiene de sus ganancias, asegura que su buena sazón le ha permitido vender todo lo que prepara, le está yendo muy bien, tiene muchos clientes y espera que su negocio se mantenga estable como hasta ahora.En esta oportunidad solicitará S/. 1500 soles , está muy emocionada al saber que hay personas que le brindan un respaldo económico para continuar desarrollando su actividad laboral, así mismo se compromete a ser puntual con el pago de sus cuotas.Con el monto solicitado comprará algunos ingredientes e insumos que usa en la preparación de sus potajes como carnes, arroz, condimentos, hojas, huevos, pescados y otros.
