Nzerena is a 37-year-old woman with five children, ages 17, 15, 13, 11 and 8, living in Kagadi, Uganda.
She owns a produce store where she sells maize, cassava and groundnuts. She has been in this business for four years and supplements her earning with income from fish sales. She plans to buy land in future and educate her children despite inadequate capital, which is a major challenge to her business.
Nzerena is requesting for a loan to buy maize to sell.
