Grace is a married woman aged 24 years, and has been blessed with one child. They live in a rental house that has electricity but not piped water.
For years, she has operated an open air food business, selling to her neighbors and passersby. She faces a major challenge of seasonality; especially during the rainy season it becomes difficult to operate her business. Grace dreams of establishing a hotel in the future.
With the KES 50,000 she wants to purchase three bundles of wheat flour and cooking fat. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
