Jesuvi is a group of three people whose members are neighbors. The representative of the group is named Viviane and is the one who has her hand raised in the photo and is 36 years old. Viviane is married to a certain Ignace. Viviane has two children both in school. In addition to her children, Viviane has another child under her care. Viviane did not go to school. To cope with her different responsibilities and ensure the needs of her children, Viviane has been selling condiments and shrimp for about 10 years. On the side, Viviane sells smoked fish. Viviane gets her supplies in a market in Bénin. With the goal of strengthening her business and of satisfying the demands of her clientele, Viviane partners with the other members of the group Jesuvi to request a second loan from ALIDé. The previous loan was well repaid.

Dans le but de renforcer son activité et de satisfaire la demande de sa clientèle, Viviane s’associe avec les autres membres du groupe JESUVI pour consentir un deuxième crédit auprès de ALIDé. Le prêt antérieur a été bien remboursé.

Supporters of this loan should be aware that there is some risk of being repaid late. Because the Beninois Ministry of Finance has imposed restrictions on the amount of money Alidé can send to Kiva, the organization can only send monthly repayments in installments smaller than $13,000. This means that some Kiva lenders may receive their repayments late. However, Alidé remains a healthy institution in good standing with its creditors, and Kiva would like to continue working to support its clients.
