The group is made up of six members and led by a board of directors headed by Veronica as President. The loan that they will take out will benefit small micro-businesses where Veronica is a member. She says that this is her first loan cycle with Pro Mujer. She joined the group at the invitation of a consultant from the institution, who came to visit her at her home. Currently, Veronica has a business selling milkshakes; she began this business on her own initiative years ago.

When asked what she liked about Pro Mujer, she replied that she liked the loans and the savings.

La A.C. “LAS MAGNÍFICAS” iniciará el primer ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Collpani, está compuesta por seis integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Verónica es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: kiosco de dulces, venta de refrescos, venta de detergentes, tienda de barrio, macramé de mantas, venta de cotillones, venta de cosméticos, venta de ganado, venta de joyas, venta de abarrotes.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Verónica es integrante, ella indica que es la primera vez que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por invitación de una asesora de la institución que fue a visitarle a su casa. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de batidos; mismo que inicia hace años atrás por iniciativa propia.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de azúcar) que adquirirá de las ferias de la ciudad de El Alto y posteriormente a la elaboración lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener en lo posible a su hogar pues ella vive en concubinato y tiene dos hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta el crédito y el ahorro.
