Elisa is a 36-year-old, married woman from Maribojoc, Bohol. She is the mother of four children. Elisa has been engaged in a basket-making business for more than 20 years. Elisa works hard to earn a living, so that she can support her husband in meeting the needs of the family, especially the schooling of their children.
Elisa is asking for a loan to buy materials for basket-making, like rattan (a native palm), bamboo, straw and others. With this increased quantity of materials, she will be able to weave more baskets and sell them to the market. Elisa has hopes of making her business a success in the future.
