Ana de 30 años vive en la ciudad de Barranquilla con su cónyuge y su hijo de 2 meses de nacido. Su actividad como comerciante realizada desde hace 13 años, como empleada de almacenes, le sirvió para construir lo que hoy es su pequeño negocio, donde ofrece diversas mercancías como artículos de papelería, accesorios femeninos, artículos de aseo entre otros productos. En la actualidad sus ventas las realiza de contado y también ofrece créditos a sus mejores clientes, que son sus vecinos y referidos de otros sectores. Su meta mas adelante es tener sucursales y adquirir una vivienda propia por eso sus esfuerzos se enfocan en hacer crecer su negocio. En la actualidad está aplicando aun credikiva, mediante el cual comprará mercancías que presentan una muy alta rotación y su compra se convierte en un desafío pues en la mediada en que crece su clientela, el efectivo no es suficiente para responder a la demanda del mercado . Esta es la razón por la cual acude a un credikiva mediante el cual comprará sandalias, ropa para bebe papel de regalo y jabones., que ofrecerá directamente en su local extendiendo su horario desde las 9 de la mañana hasta las 9 de la noche como usualmente lo hace, para generar mas ingresos y beneficiar a su familia.
