Sophea is 50 years old. She is married and resides with two children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia.
Sophea is a housekeeper. Her husband is soldier who makes an income of USD 5 daily. One of her children is employed in a garment factory and earns about USD 5 per day.
In order to improve her family’s finances, Sophea is requesting a loan of USD 1,000 to purchase cosmetics for resale. By doing so, she will generate more income to support the family.
In the future, she would like to expand the business and build a new house, as soon as possible.
