Nath is 34 years old. She is married and resides with five children in Kampong Chhnang Province, Cambodia. She is a housekeeper. Her husband is a police officer who makes an income of $5 daily. One of her children is employed in a garment factory and earns about $3 per day.
In order to improve her family's finances, Nath is requesting a loan of $700 to run an additional business of purchasing rice to resell. By doing so, she would be able to generate more income to support the family. In the future, she would like to run a grocery store next to the police station and help her children earn a higher education.
