Barbara
Barbara is a resident of Bunamwaya Ngobe; she is 37years old and a single mother of two children who both attend school.
She also takes care of three dependents providing them with all their basic needs including paying their school tuition . Nevertheless, she is also sponsoring orphans in her school by providing them with free education to give them an opportunity of a better future.

Due to her hard work, Barbara set up a preparatory school which includes Kindergarten and primary level with the aim of providing quality education to citizens of Uganda, not only those who can afford it, but also the poor. In the same line, she has always striven to see that the poor also get an education, basing it on God’s principle that all men are equal regardless of their social status. This philosophy is the result of Barbara being born from a poor family with no stable source of income.

Barbara has always dreamed of and was determined to set up a Secondary School, so that students from her preparatory school can join directly with no hastle and also the least privileged can get a chance of advancing to higher levels of education. Through her vision there is free education for the orphans and the poor people. She plans to use the funds given to her to construct seven class rooms for the Primary School so as to complete the primary level education section.

Barbara is a focused, determined, hardworking and innovative person who never gives up until she has seen results out of her endeavors.
