Edubejes is 50 years old, married, and has five adult children. She is from Talibon, Bohol. She raises hogs, which she has been doing for more than 10 years. She also makes snack foods. She sells Buchi, a rice cake made from sweet rice flour that is molded into shape with a sweet bean paste filling and sesame seed coating and deep fried under high heat before serving.
Edubejes is requesting a loan for 7,000 PHP, which she will use to buy additional ingredients such as flour, cooking oil, and sugar for her food selling business. In the future, Edubejes would like to expand her business to support her family and also to improve their livelihood status.
