Ali is a 32-year-old married man with four children living in Bundibugyo, Uganda. He sells fish and also has a cocoa farm as a side business. A good father that he is, he dreams of educating his children up to the university level and exporting fish to other countries. Inadequate capital and preservation equipment affect his business so his plan is to buy a refrigerated van when he can. Ali intends to use the loan to buy fish to sell.
