Gladys is a single mother of three children. She owns a house that has neither electricity nor piped water. Her greatest monthly expense is food for the family.
For the past two years, she has operated a food café business, selling from home to passersby and neighbours. She dreams of establishing a restaurant in the future.
With the loan she is requesting, she wants to purchase bundles of sugar, cooking fat, potatoes, wheat flour and maize flour. She decided to join Yehu to access loans to boost her business.
