It’s made up of eight ladies and directed by a board of directors where Sara serves as president. The members have different businesses, such as kitting, Amerincan clothing sales, sewing, and blouse making.

This loan will benefit their small businesses, including Sara’s, who has been with Pro Mujer for two cycles, having joined on her own initiative. She has a party favor and decoration business and learned this business at an institution. She later decided to set up her own establishment.

She will use this loan to buy party favors from vendors in La Paz and later sell them in her space. This work allows her to generate income to support her household; she lives with her husband and three children.

When asked what she likes about Pro Mujer, she says that she likes the healthcare training and loans.

La A.C. “FLORES DE VENTILLA” iniciará el segundo ciclo en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Senkata, está compuesta por ocho integrantes y está dirigida por una mesa directiva donde la señora Sara es la Presidenta. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados entre ellos existen: talleres de tejido, venta de ropa americana, taller de costura, producción de blusas.

El crédito que sacaran beneficiara a pequeñas microempresarias donde la señora Sara es integrante, ella indica que hace dos ciclos que integra Pro Mujer, ingresando por iniciativa propia. En la actualidad ella tiene un negocio de venta de cotillones y decoraciones; da a conocer que este negocio lo aprendió en un instituto y posteriormente decide emprender su propio establecimiento.

El crédito que ahora sacará es para el aumento de capital (compra de cotillones) que adquirirá de las vendedoras mayoristas de la ciudad de La Paz y posteriormente lo comercializará en su espacio de venta. Esta forma de trabajo le permite generar recursos para mantener en lo posible a su hogar pues ella vive en concubinato y tiene tres hijos.

Cuando se le consulta qué le gusta de Pro Mujer, ella responde que le gusta le gusta las capacitaciones en salud y crédito.
