Kalima
Kalima is the leader of the group "Kulkajyr". She is 50 years old. Kalima works as a controller at the local electricity office. As an additional income for her family, she works with livestock breeding and field crop cultivation, after having started this business in 1992 with a sum of 5,000 som (KGS). Kalima plans to invest the income from the loan in further developing her business, and dreams of buying a car for the family.

Калима работает контролером в местном офисе Электросетей и в качестве дополнительного дохода для своей семьи, занимается животноводством и полеводством, начав с суммы (KGS) 5,000 сом в 1992 году. Благодаря упорному труду, в ее хозяйстве на сегодняшний день имеется 2,7 га земли с посевом зерновых культур, 2 головы крупного рогатого скота с приплодом и 2 лошади. В целях дальнейшего развития своего бизнеса, Калима обратилась в Микрофинансовый банк «Бай –Тушум и Партнеры» за кредитом в сумме 100,000 сом (KGS) , целью которого является покупка скота на откорм. Доходы от кредита Калима планирует вложить в дальнейшее развитие своего бизнеса, и мечтает купить семейный автомобиль.
